Marlow RECOVERLINE has a unique outer braid that provides protection from abrasion, UV and other sources of external damage including ingress of dirt and cuts from foreign objects. The cover is designed to provide excellent abrasion resistance and to protect the core, however if it becomes damaged then the contrasting coloured core becomes visible resulting in a clear retirement point before there is any significant strength loss. Both core and cover can be manufactured from either Dyneema SK99 and SK78 fibre.
